Litani River Protection Initiative

As part of its program to protect the Litani River, the organisation prepared the “Terms of Reference for Tourist Establishments along the Litani Basin” to regulate activities on the riverbanks and reduce sources of pollution. The work included field inspections, water sampling, and meetings with municipalities along the river, which were provided with copies of the document to support its implementation. The Terms of Reference were also presented to the Litani National Authority, which expressed support and cooperation with these efforts.
